SHAKKA. This guy is a good friend of mine and we met in an audition queue like 3 years ago. It was the funniest day by far and since then nothing but constant jokes and pure magic has evolved from our friendship. Shax is a bit of a mad one but in a way that is so sick you dont know what to do with yourself while he’s performing. His gigs are like a serious party which sounds weird but you’ll just have to go to understand. Creatively clever and talented i’m not even sure why I havnt seen him more blogged about. BUT NOW since I have the power to write and be read I am sharing with you this genius!

We collabed on an amazing song called: Let Go – Which I co wrote alongside Duncan James and Shax. The result came out a little like so:

I dont think I know any other artist personally that is so involved with the songwriting/production and performance as this guy. I really hope people start making room in their collection for something totally fresh and innovative – I mean, if that’s what you’re looking for. His debut EP is availably for FREE here:

So I ran to my local newsagents this morning and started flicking through the Gazette and couldn’t find the feature on me….

So I asked the guy behind the counter:

“Does the Gazette have a leisure section?”
- He looked at me as if I were speaking another language.

so I asked:
“So if I just search through this that would be ok right?”

Mr. News Agent Man – “NO YOU HAVE TO PAY”

I said:
“Please?”

Mr. News Agent Man – “OK..”

so then I turned the page one more time and there it was…..
